What we collect
The details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, and information about your project, such as measurements, drawings and photos. When you use the website, our host also records standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which we use to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule measurements and installation, invoice and take payment, and provide service and warranty support on your job. We do not use your information for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, phone and text-message provider, payment processor and accounting tools, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messaging: we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete inquiry information that is not tied to a job.
